I absolutely had to try this deep conditioner since sooooo many ladies (One in Particular, my girl Tiffanita @ Hairly Obsessed) say that it has transformed their hair, gives tons of slip and mositurizes like nobodies bizness. Now, its my turn! I gotta see what all this hype is about.
Promises: Conditioning formula helps repair damage to smoothness and protect hair to reduce shedding due to breakage.
Directions: After shampooing, apply desired amount of Deep Conditioning Mask to hair, concentrating on areas that need special attention. Leave mask on hair for desired length of time. Rinse, dry and style as usual. For maximum conditioning, wear a plastic shower cap and sit under a heated dryer. For best results, use with other items in the Breakage Defense Collection.
Ingredients: Water, Stearly Alchohol, Amdimethicone, Behentrimonium Choride, Cety alcohol, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) oil, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) seed oil, Panthenol, Pathenyl ethyl ether, Fragrance, Lysine hcl, Methyl tyrosinate hcl, Histidine, Benzyl alcohol, Disodium edta, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone, Sodium hydroxide.
The Truth: I shampoo'd last night & DC'd overnight with Pantene R&N BD Mask and washed it out in the morning. It has a nice thick, creamy consistancy and smells heavenly. This is the 2nd time I've used it. The mask spreads easily and as you apply it to your hair you automatically feel the slippiness. It detangles really well and your hair feels sooo smooth after the rinse out and after it's done drying. When my hair was dry, it had so much SWING. My hair was light, airy, and fluffy. It didn't provide me with as much moisture as I was hoping but its still good nonetheless.
Pros: The scent is soo nice. It's quite strong and kinda perfum-y. It lingers in your hair all day long. Smoothes the cuticle & makes your hair swing.
Cons: The bottle is just too small for the price. You can probably get 3-4 uses out of it. Not as much moisture as I was hoping.
Price: $9.99 CAD
Hairlicious Rating: (3.8/5) Pretty Good
