Emma Watson is the new face of Chanel perfume
Emma Watson is to be the new face of Chanel perfume. The 'Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix' star has won a two-year contract worth million to promote Coco Mademoiselle.
The 18-year-old actress will take over from fellow British star Keira Knightley, 23, when her contract ends this summer. A source said: "Emma has been excitedly telling friends that she is going to be replacing Keira." Emma landed the deal with the French fashion house after signing up with top modelling agency Storm in an attempt to branch out from acting.
Chanel has been preparing Emma for her new role by dressing her for film premieres and parties. A source said: "She has been slowly integrated into the Chanel brand. Once it became clear she is growing into a beautiful young woman and wears the Chanel brand so elegantly, they had to sign her up.
Chanel realises it is important to target a young audience." Bosses at Warner Bros - who make the 'Harry Potter' films - have given the deal their blessing.

Emma Watson is Worth $20 Million
Now that Emma Watson just had her 18th birthday, what can she do? Well, in America she can vote, buy cigarettes, and purchase porn. But more importantly, she can now tap into the $20 million she earned playing Hermione. Yep, this youngin’ made ALL that money off those Harry Potter movies.
For most teens, turning the big 18 and becoming a legal adult comes with a few small perks including voting rights. For Emma Watson, Hermione in the Harry Potter films, turning 18 grants her access to the $20 million she’s amassed making the wildly popular film series….Watson has sat through a series of lessons in money management given by Coutts bank…She’s reportedly learned about basic economics, investing, and philanthropy.”
Lessons in money? British kids aren’t like the greedy American teens from Los Angeles. They know how to make their money last for a while. Someone should’ve given those money lessons to Lindsay Lohan. Now there’s a broad that needs it!

Emma Watson didn't need any Harry Potter type magic or trickery to find some good shopping in LosAngeles!
The 17-year old British actress, best known for her role of Hermione Granger in the popular Harry
Potter series, hit the stores on Robertson for the TV news show Access Hollywood. With show host
Maria Menunous taking her around, Watson found herself being interviewed while trying on Kitson
shoes at the LA shopping hotspot, and trying on the popular OmniPeace tank top that is in the
closets of American actresses Courteney Cox Arquette and Jennifer Aniston. Because it had been
Maria's 29th birthday the previous day, the Access Hollywood host decided that Emily should have a
Sprinkles cupcake to have the full Los Angeles experience! Her favorite was the "red velvet," and as
far as her shopping style went, she told Maria that unlike her character Hermione, who's a
bookwormish tomboy, in her real life she loves "girlie things."
