Lindsay Lohan was in and out of jail after 84 minutes on Thursday.According to officials, her original daylong sentence was reduced due to prison overcrowding.
When asked if Lohan received special treatment, the sheriff’s office responded:
“Absolutely not. This is what we do for most everybody in this position.”
She was arrested twice this year for DUI. She was in possession of cocaine both times.
In August, she reached a plea deal on misdemeanor drunken driving and cocaine charges stemming from the arrests.
